A Dual Revolution had ignited change in Europe since 18th century and the long 19th century when the English inventor and engineer, Thomas Savery had invented the first commercial steam-powered water pump. He had patented it at 2 July 1698, “A new invention for raising of water and occasioning motion to all sorts of mill work by the impellent force of fire, which will be of great use and advantage for draining mines, serving towns with water, and for the working of all sorts of mills where they have not the benefit of water nor constant winds.” After that it had summoned “the war of the currents” between Thomas Edison and George Westinghouse in the late 1880s and early 1890s. Illumination from incandescent light bulb has dispelled the dark night thence the falling of the dusk, as well as illumination of enlightenment has evaporated ignorance in human mind. Intellectuals have enhanced this epoch further into a cultural revolution suggested by Frankfurt school and a scientific revolution in Vienna circle. These have led other social revolution in America, France and the rest of the world ever since. Geopolitics is a prestigious elite subject, teaching only for the princes, has evolved since Xenophon, a direct student of Socrates who closely observed tyranny and also led the Ten Thousand to help Cyrus the Younger usurping the throne in Persia. Although failed, but it was the origins of the strategy of conqueror by Alexander the great and a foundation of the first Trans-Eurasian political order in ancient time. Whereby, the origins of world-order since Pax Romana had been enacted first time under the Austrian Chancellor Prince Klemens von Metternich’s architecture, Congress of Vienna or Concert of Europe.

The world has changed again, this time also with another “Dual Revolution” yet a new breed of it, “Technological Singularity” and “Deep Modernization”, all countries and business entities have adjusted themselves along arising new normal, while economic locomotive has shifted to Asia along with a growing of geopolitical tension in Indo-Pacific. A new world-order has yet to emerge. Now the centrality of “Dual Revolution” will of course reside in the oriental part of Eurasian world-island and it will pave the way for the grand transformation for the coming several centuries.
