A  Dual Revolution had ignited change in Europe since 18th century and the long 19th century beginning with the English inventor and engineer, Thomas Savery, who invented the first commercial steam-powered water pump. He patented it at 2 July 1698, “A new invention for raising of water and occasioning motion to all sorts of mill work by the impellent force of fire, which will be of great use and advantage for draining mines, serving towns with water, and for the working of all sorts of mills where they have not the benefit of water nor constant winds.” This development led to “the war of the currents” between Thomas Edison and George Westinghouse in the late 1880s and early 1890s. The illumination from incandescent light bulbs dispelled the darkness of night, while the Enlightenment eradicated ignorance in the human mind. IIntellectuals further advanced this era through a cultural revolution suggested by the Frankfurt School and a scientific revolution in the Vienna Circle. These developments sparked social revolutions in America, France, and the rest of the world. Geopolitics, a prestigious subject taught only to princes, has evolved since the time of Xenophon, a direct student of Socrates who closely observed tyranny and led the Ten Thousand to help Cyrus the Younger usurp the throne in Persia. Although this attempt failed, it laid the foundation for Alexander the Great's conquest strategy and the first Trans-Eurasian political order in ancient times. The origins of world order since Pax Romana were first enacted under Austrian Chancellor Prince Klemens von Metternich's architecture, the Congress of Vienna or Concert of Europe.

The world has changed again, this time also with another “Dual Revolution” yet a new breed of it, “Technological Singularity” and “Deep Modernization”, all countries and business entities have adjusted themselves along arising new normal, while economic locomotive has shifted to Asia along with a growing of geopolitical tension in Indo-Pacific. A new world-order has yet to emerge. Now the centrality of “Dual Revolution” will of course reside in the oriental part of Eurasian world-island and it will pave the way for the grand transformation for the coming several centuries.
